This is just two coats of Milani Flash Light. It was from a recent LE collection. I don't tend to wear a lot of oranges, but I was drawn to the beautiful glass-flecked shimmer and glowiness about this.
I apologize because my pictures really didn't capture this one properly.
It's extremely vibrant and lively. Not neon, but think neon, if that makes sense.
In the above picture, I tried to adjust the color slightly to reflect the true color of the polish. Not terribly successful!!
I love Milani LEs. I just wish they were easier to track down!! It's really hard for me to find them.
